**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Support the clinical team in medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and strategies

**Requirements**

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Experience in healthcare, with a focus on clinical care for the elderly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays

**Estimated Salary**

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
