Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

About the Role

This is a flexible Bank position, requiring you to work variable hours to provide cover for annual leave or sick leave. You will work closely with our Deputy General Manager and clinical team to deliver quality care and support to our residents.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Your role will involve creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment for our residents.

Requirements

  • You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • You should be warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.

Salary and Benefits
