As a Community Reintegration Worker with GreenSquareAccord, you will be part of a dedicated team that supports ex-offenders in their transition back into society. Our organisation provides a range of services aimed at helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with clients to develop and implement tailored support plans, focusing on their specific needs and goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate support strategies
  • Collaborating with local agencies and service providers to enhance support networks and resources
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress

The successful candidate will be part of a rolling rota that includes weekend and bank holiday shifts, with additional compensation provided for sleep-ins. This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly ex-offenders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes

Salary: £11.12 per hour (plus additional compensation for sleep-ins)
