About This Opportunity

We're excited to offer a Community Support Worker position within our Home Instead team, providing high-quality care and companionship services for older people. As a valued member of our team, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you'll also receive holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for progression and extra qualifications.

  • Developing strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Assessing client needs and creating personalized care plans
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Qualifications and Experience

No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you for this rewarding role. We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
