**Job Title:** Community Support Worker
**Salary:** £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Seetec Business Technology Centre is looking for a skilled Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Volunteer Mentor, you will work closely with young people to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
We place great emphasis on supporting individuals with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System to make a positive impact in their community. You will need to be aged 18 or over.
In exchange for your hard work and expertise, we provide comprehensive training in areas such as safeguarding, mental health awareness, and substance misuse.
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Develop strong relationships with service users
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages personal growth
- Utilize your initiative to identify solutions and resources
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines
- Model positive behavior and promote social cohesion
