New Homes Development Representative

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Property Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of presentation for the site and the sales complex.
- Proactively follow up with leads provided via email or telephone.
- Regularly liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.
- Meet sales targets in accordance with business requirements.
The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation and sales skills, with experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder being preferred. They should also have a strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including GDPR Implications, The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act, and The Consumer Code for House Builder.
- Key Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Flexible working pattern, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
- Holds a full driving license and has access to a vehicle for business travel.
The salary for this position is estimated at £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
