**Job Overview:**

Gleeson Homes is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our Organisational Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and implementing development programmes, and ensuring all employees are fully trained and engaged in learning new skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for getting the best out of people through development and demonstrates an ethos of continuous development for themselves and others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support line managers in ensuring all employees are fully trained and actively engaged in learning new skills
  • Design and implement training and development programmes aligned to the L&D strategy
  • Collaborate with key areas of the business on talent mapping and succession planning
  • Manage an effective and engaging annual Personal Development review process

**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
