Religious Education Curriculum Developer

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join our team as a Curriculum Developer. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the development of high-quality curricula.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programmes to enhance RE practice across the school.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices and contribute to the school's strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.

Requirements:

  • A teaching qualification and excellent teaching skills.
  • Experience of improvement planning, pupil tracking, and feedback practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
