RE Teacher Opportunity at Empowering Learning

We are currently recruiting an RE Teacher to join our team at a Secondary School in Sheffield, starting in January 2025. As an experienced educator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of education by developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, leading training programs, and enhancing RE practice across the school.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • Lead training programs to support the development of RE practice across the school.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of subject development and ensure effective implementation of educational initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Hold a teaching qualification and have outstanding teaching practice.
  • Have experience of improvement planning, contributing to impact on the quality of learning and teaching, and high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
