We are seeking a Workplace Learning Specialist to join our team at OnlyFE, a further and higher education institution dedicated to providing academic, vocational, and professional qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to approximately 13,000 young people and adults annually.

Our mission is to transform lives through learning, and we believe that this role plays a critical part in achieving that goal.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to pursue a career in education.

The contract is permanent, and the location is Sheffield. The working hours are 37 hours per week, x 52 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workplace-based learning experiences to students
  • Mentor and support students in their chosen field
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of our programs

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
