**About the Role**
The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Cantonese Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards and delivering a unique beverage experience to our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of F&B Attendants to deliver high levels of service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and sequences of service.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a fine dining restaurant environment, preferably with a focus on Asian cuisine.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, with a special interest in Asian food.
- Previous hospitality-related training and a flexible approach to working under pressure.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions, with a focus on productive working relationships.
