Sales and Commercial Director Europe

Key Accountabilities:
- Developing the sales pipeline through collaboration with station and regional teams.
- Securing sales opportunities through effective RFP process management.
- Enhancing sales performance by creating tailored sales materials and presenting compelling pitches.
- Building strong customer relationships and driving commercial growth through targeted engagement strategies.
- Resolving complex issues arising from operational performance, commercial disputes, or policy changes.
- Optimizing CRM systems to capture and track sales opportunities and customer data effectively.
- Presenting sales and key account reports internally, contributing to bid reviews, key account management, and governance meetings.
- A proven sales-focused individual with a strong track record in delivering sales and commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer-orientation and understanding of customer demands.
- Impressive sales or key account background with a history of success, coupled with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours, strong numeracy skills, and analytical abilities.
- Commercially astute with good negotiating skills and a hands-on mentality.
