Job Requirements:
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Developing the sales pipeline through collaboration with station and regional teams.
  2. Securing sales opportunities through effective RFP process management.
  3. Enhancing sales performance by creating tailored sales materials and presenting compelling pitches.
  4. Building strong customer relationships and driving commercial growth through targeted engagement strategies.
  5. Resolving complex issues arising from operational performance, commercial disputes, or policy changes.
  6. Optimizing CRM systems to capture and track sales opportunities and customer data effectively.
  7. Presenting sales and key account reports internally, contributing to bid reviews, key account management, and governance meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. A proven sales-focused individual with a strong track record in delivering sales and commercial opportunities.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer-orientation and understanding of customer demands.
  3. Impressive sales or key account background with a history of success, coupled with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  4. Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours, strong numeracy skills, and analytical abilities.
  5. Commercially astute with good negotiating skills and a hands-on mentality.
