We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless welcome and onboarding experience for our international employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for international employees at our Rosyth site, providing timely and effective support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, internal teams, and partners to coordinate welcome activities and ensure international employees are integrated into the local community.
  • Employee Inductions: Attend employee inductions and work closely with Babcock Welcome Leads to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience.
  • Coordinating Welcome Activities: Coordinate and participate in the team to welcome new joiners at the airport when they arrive in the UK.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Own the content and distribution of 'Welcome Packs' and support the employee's early employment journey.
  • Relocation Support: Work with Babcock relocation provider to ensure they have all forecasted new start details and are set up to use their technology.
  • Accommodation Support: Ensure workers settle into their accommodation and flag any issues or concerns to the relocation provider and recruitment team.
  • Transportation Management: Source and manage relationships with transport providers.
  • Employee Support: Act as a conduit between payroll, HR, and the employee, supporting to answer queries quickly and accurately.
  • Process Improvement: Build and improve processes based on learnings and feedback from employees and other sources.
  • Community Building: Build communities/networking groups onsite and through relocation provider.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: An organized individual, capable of keeping track of changing demands.
  • Communication Skills: An excellent communicator able to manage difficult situations confidently and remove any restrictions to communications.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Willing and able to act on initiative within pre-defined constraints.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient within MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Recruitment Experience: Experience working in a recruitment or similar role.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communicator with ability to build strong, long-lasting influential relationships and negotiate to deliver results.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness and understanding on how to positively impact project.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to help support decision making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills.
