Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Brentwood. About the Role

This is a competitive opportunity that offers a salary of approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work closely with teachers to support students with SEN, providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, and assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
  • Provide targeted support to students during lessons, ensuring they have access to resources and accommodations as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being among students.
Requirements
