Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust, a nurturing and inclusive SEN school in Brentwood. This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in an SEN or support role is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
