Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced professionals to fill 6 full-time Employment Specialist positions in various locations across Derbyshire.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will work closely with the mental health team to support individuals with mental health needs in finding employment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their skills and aspirations and provide support with CV production and interview techniques.
- Identify job opportunities through local employers and community connections and facilitate matches between clients and job openings.
- Collaborate with the mental health team to promote employment initiatives and break down barriers for service users.
The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to enhance their skills and gain access to a wide range of opportunities within Derbyshire Healthcare.
Qualifications and Experience:- Desirable experience working with people with mental health support needs or similar groups.
- Transferable skills such as persuasive communication, data collection, or promoting services to diverse audiences.
We offer a competitive salary, approximately £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, along with a range of benefits including free car parking and confidential employee assistance programme.
