About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales and Retention Lead to join our team at Everlast Gyms. This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager, where you will play a key role in supporting the wider team in the successful operation of the gym.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always and advocate for our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, leading by example in this area and supporting, and training the wider team to improve confidence and performance.
  • Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitability of the gym.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team.
  • Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships.
  • Develop the #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities (both new and existing).
