Practice Support Assistant

High Street Surgery, Cheslyn Hay, is looking for a skilled Practice Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Job Description- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document scanning, and filing, maintaining accurate records and adhering to data protection policies.
- Support the management of patient correspondence, including preparing letters, reports, and referrals, using medical terminology accurately.
- Contribute to the effective running of the practice by providing excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- A-Level qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with EMIS and/or Docman computer systems is advantageous.
