Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to co-lead in the management, coordination, and implementation of behaviour management systems across our academy and for individual students. Key responsibilities include supervising students during lunchtimes and contributing to maintaining a safe, calm, and orderly environment.

Our core belief is that children and young people should be at the heart of our practices, ensuring every student feels safe and receives an exceptional education preparing them for their future in education, training, or employment.

About You:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with self-motivation, experience working with relevant-aged children with additional needs in similar settings. They must possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills, along with a higher-level Teaching Assistant status/Level 4 qualification.

Salary: £23,656 per annum (FTE).
