Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting learning objectives.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to children, including those with additional needs.
• Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
• Assist with the preparation of lesson materials and resources.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement tailored learning interventions.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 UK child-related qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, etc.).
• A current Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one.
• Proven experience in a similar role, supporting children in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum,
