About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Secretary to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Sales Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy Sales Department.

Main Duties

  • Manage sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions, and cancellations on Eque2 Housebuilding.
  • Circulate and electronically file paperwork related to plot sales.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including visitors, part exchange, and HTB.
  • Prepare completion statements and issue to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate uniform and PPE ordering for the department.
  • Administer Lone Worker Devices for Sales Advisors.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team.
  • Arrange cheque payments and administer refunds.
  • Check plot contracts and distribute for signature as necessary.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, including COVID-19 protocols.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and databases.
  • A strong time management and self-motivation are required.
  • You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to make decisions and use initiative.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum.
