Care Outlook Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team in our Greenwich branch. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing our domiciliary service, ensuring the highest quality support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Roster and template care calls using an electronic system
- Direct management of the care team, including supervisions, appraisals, and training
- Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans
- Ensuring care assessments, care, and risk planning meet best practice and customer aspirations
- Working with the Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels
- Providing care services to service users in an emergency and arranging emergency cover when required
- Ensuring telephones are answered promptly and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner
- Working alongside the Branch Manager to ensure all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptly
- Participating in the paid on-call rota
- Implementing measures to comply with CQC regulations and working to achieve the best care standards possible
- Salary £23,500 - £25,000

- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
