Job Title: Block Management Executive
About Our Company: Addition+ is committed to delivering exceptional property management services that exceed our clients' expectations.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Job Summary:
Main Objectives:- Ensure the effective management of residential blocks, meeting all relevant health, safety, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair works, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets, maintaining accurate records of all expenditures.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or non-compliance.
- Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Liaise with freeholders, leaseholders, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth property operations.
Key Requirements:
- Certification in Block Management (e.g., TPI, IRPM or ARMA accreditation).
- Substantial experience in managing residential properties or blocks.
- Detailed knowledge of property management legislation, including health and safety, and leasehold regulations.
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in property management software and general IT skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
