As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and upkeep of our 1,500 residential units, driving business growth through strategic planning and decision-making, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise in building systems, and a deep understanding of health and safety regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in managing large-scale maintenance and operations portfolios, are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Portolio Management: Oversee the management and upkeep of multiple residential blocks, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor expenses and track costs to ensure budgetary targets are met.
  • Compliance Assurance: Verify that all properties meet relevant health and safety regulations, building standards, and fire safety compliance.
