Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an experienced customer success leader to join our team as Vice President, Customer Success. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer success, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the customer success team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of customer success professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
• Develop and execute customer success plans that align with business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-centric initiatives
• Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in customer success leadership, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth through customer-centric strategies and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty
Compensation
A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and stock options.
