Strategic Client Growth Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our team at VML Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Manage sales cycles of 3-6 months, providing expert support and guidance to clients.
- Proactively identify and address customer success risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic account planning and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to work independently.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
