Senior Policy Strategist, Ministry of Justice

We are recruiting for a Grade 7 Lead Policy Advisor for the Priority Projects Team and a Strategy Lead for the Strategy Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project-based policy and strategy work, often with a cross-cutting focus. This will involve developing and delivering high-quality projects, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and providing strategic overview while ensuring day-to-day milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities

They will also have the ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and persuade others of the benefits of those solutions. About the Team
The Priority Projects Team (PPT) is a high-profile, friendly, and supportive team working at the heart of the MoJ's strategy function. We act as an in-house consultancy, working across the MoJ's agenda, helping the department to deliver its highest priorities alongside policy, functions, and operational teams. The Strategy Unit is a united, collaborative team that sits at the centre of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) within the Strategy, Priorities and Innovation directorate.
