Land Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Production Specialist to join our team at RWS Global. As a key member of our Land Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Contracting and Payout Sheets: Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts and payouts.
- Invoicing and Financial Management: Process invoices, track payments, and manage financial records.
- Forecast Tracking: Monitor and analyze production forecasts to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Timeline Creation and Deadlines: Develop and distribute weekly schedules and manage deadlines.
- Attendance at Production Meetings: Participate in regular production meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
- Wrike Organization and Setup: Configure and maintain Wrike project management tools.
- Asset Storage Management: Oversee the inventory and management of assets.
- First Round Screening and Interviews: Assist with the initial screening and interviewing process for new hires.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of orders.
- Prop Sourcing and Pricing: Research and procure props and manage pricing.
- Credit Card Expense Requests and Reconciliation: Process and reconcile credit card expenses.
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks as needed.
- Travel Requests: Support with travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Budget Preparation: Develop and manage budgets for clients.
- Daily Operations: Assist with daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Land Production Team Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the team's calendar.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Injury Reports and PIPs: Track and follow up on injury reports and PIPs.
- Install Reports and Post-Production Meetings: Track and follow up on install reports and post-production meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or MAC.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in project management and the entertainment industry.
