Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Production Specialist to join our team at RWS Entertainment Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracting and payout sheets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate invoicing, including tracking and payments, bill backs, and finance updates.
  • Track forecasts and create timelines, distributing weekly schedules as needed.
  • Attend production meetings and maintain Wrike organization and setup.
  • Manage asset storage, including inventory and first-round screening.
  • Coordinate shipping, vendor communication, and internal procurement.
  • Process credit card expense requests and reconcile accounts.
  • Support project management and daily operations as needed.
  • Manage the Land Production team calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Track injury reports and PIPs, as well as install reports and post-production meetings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in project management and the entertainment industry.
