  • Timeline Creation and Deadlines: Create and distribute weekly schedules and deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attendance at Production Meetings: Attend production meetings as required to stay informed and provide updates.
  • Wrike Organization and Setup: Set up and manage Wrike organization and workflows to ensure efficient project management.

  • Project Management: Assist with project management as required to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Travel Coordination: Assist with travel coordination to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
  • Budget Preparation and Accountability: Prepare and manage budgets for clients and ensure accountability for expenses.
  • Daily Operations: Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Land Production Team Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate land production team calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and communication.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Injury Reporting and Tracking: Track and report injuries to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Install Reporting and Post-Production Meetings: Track and report install progress and attend post-production meetings to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in project management and coordination.
  • GCSE in Math and English.
