Land Production Specialist

RWS Entertainment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our land production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Contracting and Payout Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage contracting and payout processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Invoicing and Financial Management: Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Forecasting and Tracking: Monitor and analyze production schedules, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Timeline Creation and Deadlines: Develop and distribute weekly schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines.
- Attendance and Meetings: Participate in production meetings, providing updates and insights to inform decision-making.
- Wrike Organization and Setup: Configure and maintain Wrike project management tools, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Asset Storage Management: Oversee the inventory and management of assets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- First Round Screening and Interviews: Assist in the recruitment process, conducting initial screenings and interviews.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage shipping, receiving, and storage of orders.
- Prop Sourcing and Pricing: Research and procure props, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery.
- Credit Card Expense Requests and Reconciliation: Process and reconcile credit card expenses, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
- Project Management: Assist in the management of projects, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Travel Support: Assist with travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution of business trips.
- Budget Preparation and Accountability: Develop and manage budgets for clients, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Daily Operations Support: Provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
- Land Production Team Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the team's calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and meetings.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Injury Reports and PIPs: Track and follow up on injury reports and PIPs, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
- Install Reports and Post-Production Meetings: Track and follow up on install reports and post-production meetings, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- IT Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Efficiency and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the Entertainment Industry: Possess experience and knowledge of the entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and procedures.
