Transformative Leadership Opportunity
At Adobe, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Professional Services Sales organization in the UKI and Middle East regions. As Director, Professional Services Sales UKI, you'll be responsible for leading a world-class sales team to drive consulting revenue growth and deliver high-impact professional services work for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your Professional Services Sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue results.
- Engage with C-level and VP-level customers to build strategic partnerships and mutual success plans.
- Build and maintain an inclusive culture that drives belonging and collective success across your geographically dispersed team.
- Partner with Adobe teams to generate net new revenue opportunities from current and prospective customers.
- Optimize day-to-day sales activities to drive revenue conversion and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Leadership at Scale – Experience leading regional Services/Consulting teams in complex matrix environments.
- International Track Record – Proven success leading a geographically diverse and dynamic team.
- High Performance People Leader – Experience leading and developing a high-performing regional team.
- Change Agent – Ability to drive and embed change/transformation and diversity of thought.
