Job Title: Senior Customer Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Senior Customer Services Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from point of sale to date of travel.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client interests and preferences, using this information to create tailored golf travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Fulfilment team to ensure smooth trip administration and supplier interaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer interaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service within a commercial environment, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or membership sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive and creative approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
