About the Role



As a Customer and Trading Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. This includes managing our delivery teams, planning resources effectively, and providing great customer service.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the performance and time of your team, ensuring they feel supported and that everything gets done.
  • Plan shift patterns and activities in advance, working collaboratively with other managers.
  • Be ultimately responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly during your shift, with a thorough handover to the next Manager at the end of your shift.
