Customer Service Planner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Planner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of our operatives, ensuring that they have the workload to perform to an optimum level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to situations quickly and effectively
- Make effective decisions based on objective assessment of situations
- Manage multiple processes simultaneously to share good practice
- Provide supporting information on operative performance levels
- Monitor and maintain PDA control allocation
- Ensure efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Good IT knowledge for all Microsoft applications
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Great customer service skills and telephone manner
- Knowledge/experience of Direct Scheduling System
- General knowledge of the construction industry
