About the Job

We are seeking a Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team at Realise Recruitment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong sales and business development skills.

You will be working out of our offices in North Lanarkshire & West Lothian, and will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, and experience of working within one of the following product areas: Security, Telecoms, IT or Managed Print Services.

The salary for this role is around £35,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE, making it an attractive option for those looking to take their sales career to the next level.
