Senior Property Manager - Portfolio Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Property and Portfolio Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties and oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and resident relations
  • Support in developing and implementing property management plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and financial reports for the portfolio of properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance measures
  • Respond to resident inquiries and complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the properties to our portfolio clients
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a property or portfolio management related field
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of the AST Housing Act
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • ARLA Qualified to Level 3 or IRPM or working towards
