Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to take on a leadership role in our elderly nursing home based in Ayrshire.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Contribute to the development of our care team through training and mentoring.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursing home environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
