Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our rail operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. Your primary focus will be on supporting our customers and providing them with excellent service experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for monitoring and undertaking replenishment of stock levels, providing quarantine facilities for unfit stock, and arranging replacements. Additionally, you will adhere to company policies and procedures, and ideally hold (or be working towards) an NVQ level 1 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
