Our team is seeking a dynamic, innovative and creative Regional Manager to join our established team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the provision of our therapeutic fostering service in the East Midlands region.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker currently registered with SWE, with demonstrable management experience. They will have experience of dealing with complex, regulated processes and a wide ranging knowledge of fostering and fostering legislation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate confidence and leadership, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse group of stakeholders.
