Job Description:This role involves working with our residents, providing clinical support and ensuring their well-being. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate care and support to our residents.
- Establishing effective relationships with residents and their families.
- Licensed as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in healthcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Premium pay for weekend work.
- Total of four weekends (8 weekend shifts) off per year.
- Voluntary Life Insurance.
- 403(b) with employer match.
- PTO program.
- Additional benefits may be available.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000, based on experience and qualifications.
