Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing education and enrollment services for TRICARE beneficiaries
- Verifying benefits eligibility and processing enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers
- Serving as a liaison for beneficiary populations and resolving enrollment discrepancies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless healthcare delivery systems
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery systems or civilian managed care medical/administrative environments
- Ability to work independently and under general supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
