Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
  • Providing education and enrollment services for TRICARE beneficiaries
  • Verifying benefits eligibility and processing enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers
  • Serving as a liaison for beneficiary populations and resolving enrollment discrepancies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless healthcare delivery systems

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery systems or civilian managed care medical/administrative environments
  • Ability to work independently and under general supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
