Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Global Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team in Lakenheath, England. In this role, you will provide critical support services for the TRICARE Overseas Program under the Defense Health Agency.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of military families and individuals. As a Global Healthcare Support Specialist, you will serve as a liaison between beneficiaries and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless access to quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and transfers using various systems and tools.
  • Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system and perform Primary Care Manager changes.
  • Provide education on resources, benefits, and enrollment information to beneficiaries via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Collect, process, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and family member portability processes.
  • Conduct briefings for various life events, such as In-Processing, Out-Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and others.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; three years' experience in the U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment preferred.
  • Must be SOFA/command-sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or US Contractor supporting the DoD.
  • Be eligible for and maintain ADP IT/III clearance access level.
Desired Qualifications
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
