Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Assistant Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team in the prestige beauty industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing inspirational and authentic customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Coaching and mentoring Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
- Supporting the Counter Manager in leading the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Managing inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks
- Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and drive results
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry
- The ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
- A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Flexible availability across days and hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
