As a key member of our Homes for Ukraine Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful placement and integration of guests into their host households.

Job Overview

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with our Link Work Team to manage the Homes for Ukraine phoneline and email inbox. Your primary responsibility will be to complete an initial triage of placements and guests, assessing their support needs and providing tailored case work support over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Triage placements and guests to assess their support needs
  2. Provide case work support to hosts and guests, ensuring successful placements
  3. Help guests access essential services such as benefits, education, and healthcare
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role within the UK
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (we can assist with obtaining)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
