Job Title: Adult Support and Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our Adults Wellbeing and Early Support Service team in Lancashire, providing support and guidance to adults.

About the Opportunity

This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled adult support and wellbeing specialist to conduct risk assessments of incoming referrals, ensuring effective allocation into our wellbeing and early support service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of referrals to ensure effective allocation into the wellbeing and early support service.

Requirements:
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Degree-level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
  • Post-qualified experience in adult social care.
  • Statutory experience is essential.
  • LAS (Looked After Children) experience is beneficial.
Salary Information:

The hourly rate for this position is £33.00 per hour.
