Our pupils are amazing and they deserve exceptional support staff An opportunity has arisen for a School Office Manager to join the team at Kedleston Group, supporting colleagues, pupils, parents, and other partners with all aspects of school office administration and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school office, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of administration.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and systems to ensure efficient and secure data management.
- Provide HR and payroll administration support, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
