Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Recruitment Boutique. As an Office and Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
