Peppers Beacon is a luxury apartment hotel and member of Global hotel chain Accor, offering apartment-style accommodation on the shores of Lake Wakatipu with views of New Zealand's famous Remarkable Mountains.

We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Front Office Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office operation by fostering a team who is engaged to consistently strive and deliver a superior level of guest service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager
  • Day-to-day running of the Front Office Operations
  • Confidence and understanding of financial targets and departmental budgets
  • Recruiting, coaching, and training your team in all aspects of the role with a customer service focus
  • Driving a positive team culture and fostering strong interdepartmental relationships

We are looking for a problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience. Previous experience within a front office leadership position and understanding of strata managed properties is essential. You will have a clear understanding of the impact of departments' operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve and exceed goals.
