Job Summary
Marriott International is seeking a skilled Front Office Expert to join our team at The Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel. As a Front Office Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth stay for our valued customers.
About the Role
This is a maternity cover position for approximately 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to work in a refreshing retreat along England's beautiful coast. As a Front Office Expert, you will be empowered to take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
- Ensure a safe work environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and no related work experience. You will also need to be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and take a hands-on approach to work.
